Recurrent Course

Human factors training is not a one stop shop but an ongoing process. On completion of the core training a day of Recurrent Refresher training is available to provide an update every 1-2 years.

 

The Recurrent training day is suitable for all theatre healthcare workers including Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Trainees, ODPs, Scrub Nurses, Recovery Nurses, Theatre HCAs and Theatre Managers who have completed both core HF Training days. On completion of the Core training the Recurrent training day provides a rolling programme of Human Factors training and TRM skills to ensure knowledge it retained and updated.
